Wicked Socks are a startup, Melbourne made sock company that are all about fun. A large emphasis was put on contrast to stand out from the competitors.

HOW? 

Logotype
The Logotype represents boldness, street and fun. By pairing the simple supporting type it adds a cleanliness to the lock up. It’s balanced and memorable.
Brand mark
A sock that resembles a boomerang for an Aussie flavour. It also forms a “K” in the logotype. The use of this icon throughout creates cohesion. It also informs the consumer immediately with what they are selling.
Supporting Elements
The Memphis inspired pattern made from socks achieves the brand essence. 
Although primarily in black or white, the branding came with an additional five company colours. The colours were all within a similar tonal range conveying fun and softness. This gave the company flexibility with variations and an option to differentiate ranges.
