HOW
Logotype - The logotype uses the company typeface of Gotham and in bold. This feels strong, established and trustworthy. The circular forms combined with a little kerning, create a modern feel with negative space.
Brandmark - the logo echos the imagery of a triangular roof and floor plan whilst resembling a modern monogram of “R” and “A”.
The smoky blue softens the feel.
The special sauce - A major influence in the client’s passion and pursuit of a building career was his grandfather, who passed on some incredibly rare timbers. I captured the grain of one of these and used it as a fill to pay tribute. This brings not only a story but makes it memorable, bespoke and human.
